The following Terms and Conditions control your crowdfunding membership in the MLS BITCOIN CLUB program. You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your crowdfunding membership in the MLS BITCOIN CLUB program (the "Program") shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Member") and MLS BITCOIN CLUB. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by MLS BITCOIN CLUB. Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in MLS BITCOIN CLUB after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a member of MLS BITCOIN CLUB.
Terms of Participation
Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members must provide MLS BITCOIN CLUB with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, MLS BITCOIN CLUB at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership. This is your responsibility as a member of MLS BITCOIN CLUB, we are not liable for any lost monies due to slowing of the influx of new members. By signing up for the MLS BITCOIN CLUB program, Member is opting-in to receive other special offer emails from MLS BITCOIN CLUB. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime. MLS BITCOIN CLUB reserves the right to track Member's activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity. Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.
MLS BITCOIN CLUB or the Massive Leverage System does not allow any cross recruiting of any kind. This will cause an immediate disqualficaiton and all your position will be deleted without prejudice. For ex.. No use bribing of any kind to sway other members to join your team. MLS BITCOIN CLUB shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision MLS BITCOIN CLUB makes relating to the cancellation / termination of membership shall be final and binding. Spamming is strickly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise MLS BITCOIN CLUB will result in immediate termination of your account and a forfeiture of your account balance. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Member's discontinued participation in the MLS BITCOIN CLUB program or failure to notify MLS BITCOIN CLUB of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of Member's membership. Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the MLS BITCOIN CLUB program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations. If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the MLS BITCOIN CLUB program and properly terminate his or her membership via writing in email to support through the Support Tab.

The Administrative Fee & Membership Fee that goes via Member to Member has a NO REFUND Policy. You agree to these terms every time you put in a new request to join the MLS Bitcoin Club or MLS International Bitcoin Club.
The payment stays in the system for a period of 90 days awaiting for you to set up a Qualified Bitcoin Wallet. If you fail to setup a Bitcoin Wallet for 90 days that payment is forfeit. It's only the payment that were due to pay out. Not setting up a Qualified Bitcoin Wallet is a personal responsibility even though MLS Bitcoin Club does provide a videos on how to setup Multiple wallets to include, Coinpayments, Coinbase, BitPay, BTC.com, & Trezor.io...
